In the milieu of small Serbian village, a local rich man expects the arrival of young Russian dancer-girl, with whom he scheduled the wedding. But, his divorced cousin, who came at his uncle's house with his children to find help, outwits him and takes her over. After a series of troubles, double wedding takes place: uncle marries a local fortune-teller, cousin marries the Russian dancer, and his oldest son his girlfriend.

U miljeu malog srpskog sela, lokalni imućnik očekuje dolazak mlade ruske igračice, s kojom je zakazao venčanje. No, preduhitri ga njegov razvedeni rođak koji je kod ujaka došao sa decom da bi našao pomoć i preotme mu igračicu. Posle niza peripetija dolazi do višestrukog venčanja: ujak se ženi lokalnom vračarom, rođak igračicom a njegov najstariji sin svojom devojkom.
