Description:

Coming to a small province town at sea coast, Mane Karakas is trying to add some cheerfulness into it's sleepy atmosphere. Not understanding Karakas well, a journalist publishes that a festival of folk music will be held in town. Not until signing the contract, Mane discovers that he is a victim of misunderstanding. But, singers and bands have alredy arrived. Music comes from everywhere, while Mane leaves to another area in order to search for oil.

Došavši u malo provincijsko mesto na morskoj obali, Mane Karakas pokušava da unese malo vedrine u njegovu učmalu atmosferu. Ne razumevši dobro Karakasa, jedan novinar objavljuje da će se u mestu održati festival zabavne muzike. Tek kada treba da potpiše ugovor, Mane otkriva da je žrtva nesporazuma. Ali pevači i orkestri su stigli. Odasvud dopire muzika, dok Mane odlazi u drugo područje radi istraživanja nafte.
